The brand’s founder and perfumer, Anna Pipara, creates fragrances using the finest-quality fine fragrance ingredients — essential oils, extracts, and carefully selected aromatic molecules that are inspired by nature’s structure and tested for skin safety, seeking depth, emotion, and individuality.

We value the purity of each formula and the identity of the scent, avoiding oversaturated synthetics and pre-made fragrance bases.

Anna Pipara

Founder and Perfumer of 13:13 perfumery.

Anna Pipara has been working in the field of natural fragrance creation and research since 2018, when she began studying and practicing classical aromatherapy. Since then, she has created hundreds of oil-based fragrance compositions using only essential oils — for personal use, interior spaces, brands, and a variety of other purposes.

In 2022, Anna began an in-depth education in perfumery, marking a shift toward focused work in fragrance materials and the search for her own style and balance of ingredients. That same year, 13:13 perfumery was born — a brand that combines a personal approach with niche aesthetics.

Within the brand, Anna continues to expand her ingredient palette, create bespoke scents, lead workshops, and experiment with fragrances for spaces and brand collaborations.

In 2025, her first ready-made perfume compositions — including ANIMA, DUENDE, and JESTER — were launched, marking a new chapter in the brand’s evolution.

Skudras Metropole (Gundega Skudriņa) — four floral/archetype-inspired fragrances created for the exhibition “Digitālo ziedu galerija” (2024), envisioned as a sensory journey through different female roles.

 

Sexuality specialist Ieva Menģele — a conceptual aphrodisiac fragrance collection of four scents, each revealing a different sensation and dimension of embodiment. 2024. Available.

 

Vegan Fox —
a scent created for the brand’s cosmetics line, aligned with its purity-focused aesthetic. 2025. Available.
